David Ewing joins TSC as Chief Operating Officer

Telecom Service Centres Chief Executive Officer Ken Hills has strengthened his management team with the appointment of David Ewing as Chief Operating Officer.
Edinburgh-born David joins as TSC look to continue a run of recent expansions.
The fast-growing contact center company now operate from eight Scottish locations and will look to David’s experience in the sector to secure further success.
Prior to TSC, David was Client Services Director for Garlands Contact Centres where he held board responsibility for all operational delivery and client management activities.
He is delighted with his latest opportunity. “This is a good time to join TSC who have made significant business gains recently,” he said. “There is a real opportunity to develop TSC into a major player in the customer management space. It is an immensely exciting time.”
