Ken Hills - Chief Executive Officer
Ken brings to TSC wide ranging experience at the leading edge of customer contact management. Prior to joining TSC Ken sat on the management board of Thus plc, before this he was Managing Director of Scottish Telecom Services, a £50M turnover telecoms business. Ken’s experience is focussed on managing and leading technology orientated businesses.
David Ewing - Chief Operating Officer
David has a successful background in customer management having worked internationally for several blue chip organisations. Prior to TSC, David was Client Services Director for Garlands Contact Centres, where he was instrumental in delivering significant growth and business benefits across a range of areas.
Dean Hartley - Chief Financial Officer
Dean joined TSC in April 2003, having spent nine years with RSM Robson Rhodes, a Chartered Accountancy firm. For the three years prior to joining TSC, Dean was a Senior Finance Corporate Manager, advising predominantly on acquisitions and disposals of businesses.
Harry Hogg - Commercial Director
Now TSC’s Commercial Director, Harry joined TSC in March 2002 as Head of Sales and Client Services. Previously Harry spent five years in the CRM and Outsourced Customer Management markets, holding management positions at BT plc and most recently at Thus plc as Head of Sales (Contact Centre Outsourcing).
Niall Gallacher - IT Director
Niall brings a wealth of contact centre implementation experience to TSC, having built over 20 contact centres throughout Europe in the past decade. With a background in systems integration and consultancy Niall has successfully implemented many highly complex projects involving CRM, CTI and ACD technologies applied to multi-lingual and multi-media contact centres. Prior to joining TSC, Niall held senior positions in Thus and Unisys as well as running a consultancy business.
Jim Burns - Managing Director, SigDev
Jim brings to TSC a wealth of experience in software and infrastructure development, support and management. He has delivered many high-level projects for blue-chip organisations such as Hewlett-Packard, UBS Warburg, and Norwich Union.
