Accredited Training Teams

Trainers are based at each TSC location and provide multi-site support to Contact Centre Associates (CCA’s) in Customer Service, Helpdesks and Outbound Sales.

Our Learning and Development programme focuses on providing staff with the training to complement their existing contact centre skills and develop relevant new skills.

Members of the Training and Development Team are also accredited in course design, qualifying them to define, develop and deliver courses on behalf of our clients as well as for TSC management.

Additional accreditation in sales training has led to the development of our unique sales training package, which is well utilised by many TSC clients.
